Almond Wild Rice Pilaf


Ingredients:

1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/2 T. butter or margarine
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. wild rice medley

In a small saucepan, melt butter.  Saute onions and almonds until onions are tender.  Add chicken broth and heat to a boil.  Add rice, cover, and remove from heat.  Let stand for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
